We never use any artificial preservatives, so our caramels will be best when eaten fresh. Simply keep it in a cool, dry place and enjoy within 2-3 weeks. Eating caramels beyond peak freshness won't hurt you, but the texture of the caramels will not be the same.

Store in a cool, dry place. We recommend freezing any caramels you won't eat within 3 weeks.

The 1 lb box comes with 24 pieces of caramels. The 1/2 lb box comes with 12 pieces of caramels.

Yes, but we are not certified gluten free because we do not cook in a gluten free kitchen.

We typically ship within 7 days of receiving your order. We ship our orders using priority mail.  Depending on where you live in the U.S. delivery takes 2-4 business days. All caramels are shipped from New Jersey.

Yes you can, once you checkout you get an option to choose if it is a gift. You can then write your own gift message.
