Kwoka caramel is an award winning artisan confectionery company located in Bergen county, New Jersey. Founded 2016 by Iman HY Kwoka. With a background in business and a lifelong passion for baking she decided to create her own caramels using the best ingredients and techniques possible. Always prioritizing quality over cutting corners. The idea began to grow when she noticed that store-bought caramels were tough on the teeth, lacked flavor, and contained numerous artificial ingredients. Motivated to create a better option for all the caramel enthusiasts, she began to develop her business idea. 

Learning the art of flavor combinations and the importance of making everything from scratch using local ingredients all with the goal of crafting the most delicious caramels ever.

Kwoka Caramel has received national recognition, including a Gold medal for Best Tasting Caramel by the International Chocolate Salon in the 2022 caramel competition.
